ORDERING INFORMATION

The GAINZ menu changes weekly.  

ALL ORDERS must be completed and paid in full online by 10pm the Monday BEFORE the client's desired pick up week.    

PICK UP:  

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pick-up their items or arrange for a friend/family member to do so on their behalf.   Pick-up locations and times are listed on our website and must be selected by the customer during check-out.    

FAILURE TO PICK UP:  

If a customer fails to pick-up their meal at the location they selected, and Gainz was not notified of an alternate plan, they are forfeiting the right to their purchase and the meal(s) will be donated.
